Contact Request Forms or Registrations – When visitors use the forms that may be present on our website, only the data that is present at the time of use will be saved, which may generally include the request for: Full Name; Tax Identification Number; Telephone Contact, Full Address; E-mail address; Company Name.

These forms, when successfully submitted, send the completed data to a MOULDSOLUTIONS email account. The data sent may also be saved in databases. The access to this data is restricted to authorized MOULDSOLUTIONS personnel only.

With whom we share the data – MOULDSOLUTIONS ensures the complete confidentiality of the personal data provided and only transmits it to third parties for the sole and exclusive purpose, to carry out the service requested by the user, which may include: the delivery of products or the provision of home services (couriers/company technicians); travel for technical assistance and/or warranty processing and/or product returns (suppliers); execution of purchased service contracts (operators); and to judicial and tax authorities to comply with legal requirements.
